A small sample of our work

1991 200tdi Defender 110 hardtop.

The vehicle arrived with us in a rather sorry state but after extensive repairs, lots of new components, fresh paint and a leather re-trim she'll live on travelling the world for another 25 years! We had the original Land Rover insignias laser cut in aluminium then etched and coloured. We also replaced all the external fixings with stainless steel to add to the finishing touches.

Phase two of this build will include converting the vehicle into an overland camper, but for the time being the customer is enjoying his fresh re-build!

Update:

Insulated, ply-lined and carpeted ready for the camper install. (headliner pics to follow)

1999 2.5L diesel Jeep Cherokee - Upgraded with Rough Country full-flex suspension, longer braided brake hoses, larger mud terrain tyres, a limited slip rear differential and a custom roof rack with LED lights.

A few subtle parts of a Defender prepped and coated with satin black bed liner. We've also re-trimmed the dashboard with new vinyl and painted the vents and ashtray to match. The front springs and rear tub components have also been stripped then powdercoated satin black to tidy up the look of the vehicle.

1992 3.5L Mazda diesel powered Range Rover Classic - Fitted with new suspension components, larger mud terrain tyres on wide offset steel wheels, extended wheel arches and trimmed bodywork to suit. A sealed air filer and Southdown Snorkel were fitted along with a lightbar and LED spotlights.

1989 Land Rover 110 - Our own long term full chassis up restoration. Every steel component of the vehicle is being stripped, rust repaired where needed, galvanised and then painted. New genuine LR suspension has been fitted, the axles have been re-built with heavy duty drive shafts and air locking differentials. Once finished the 110 will be fully re-trimmed internally and transformed into a full blown overland camper.

More pics to come!

1990 Defender 90 - Overland build on a budget. Sound deadened and insulated cab, fully ply-lined then carpeted. A removable storage system was built to incorporate two 50L 'Really Useful Boxes' and support a 12v Engel fridge and other travel/camping equipment. We also installed a leisure battery with split charge system and second fusebox to run the fridge, 12v water heater, auxiliary power sockets and LED awning lights.

Refurbishment of Defender axles. Both axles stripped to bare metal, diff pans repaired, then painted with rust inhibiting primer and gloss black top coat. New brakes, stub axles, CV's and bearings will be fitted once the axles are back on the vehicle.
